Cambio a 6 marce e differenziale autobloccante

Il differenziale autobloccante é il mio sogno ed é l'unica speranza che ho per andare dal Marzio :-)))

Kit cambio 6 marce, in questo caso la 6a ha un rapporto di 0,8, troppo poco per il nostro T4, bisognerebbe che fosse intorno allo 0,63/0,65 (io ora ho una 5a 0,68 se vogliamo una 6a economy la farei più lunga di 0,68)
I prezzi come vedi non son così contenuti ma la presenza del differenziale nell'esploso del 6 marce fa sperare che sia incluso lo LSD.
Da riflettere sulla scalatura, io terrei tutto originle eccetto la 6a (bisogna inventarsela).
Allego rapporti cambio e foglio excel per il calcolo delle varie marce.

speed gearkit and a differential for the 02A gearbox but I am not

100% sure regarding the bearings if they will fit into your vehicle. All

I can suggest is that you measure the technical drawing of the

differential to see if it fits and also check the drawing of the gearkit.

Once we know this I can confirm everything for yourself.

just a question.

I own a VW T4 van with 02A gearbox similar to a Golf one in exception for the bearings (in a van gearbox are really larger) My question is : is possible to produce a 6 speed gearbox also with LSD differential?

btw, il mio differenziale usa i sensori dell'ABS (che è legale) per percepire la differenza di rotazione tra due ruote dello stesso asse, quella che gira più veloce viene frenicchiata.

Sto parlando del T4 2.5 TDI, quello con il cambio tipo "02 G"
