1. Who looks after the site

t4um.it is the website of T4um, an informal non-profit group of Volkswagen T4 enthusiasts, not incorporated as an association. The site is looked after by community volunteers; the contact person is Riccardo Guzzo. To get in touch: info@t4um.com.

The site carries out no commercial activity: it does not sell products or services, does not collect payments and does not host advertising.

2. Texts, photos and copyright

The texts, photographs, logos and graphics on this site belong to their respective authors. Photographs are published with the permission of the people who took them, who are named in the credits.

Copying or reusing the content, in whole or in part, is not allowed without permission, except for short quotations that name the source with a link to t4um.it. To ask to use any content, write to info@t4um.com.

3. Trademarks

Volkswagen, VW, Transporter, Caravelle, Multivan and California are trademarks of Volkswagen AG; Westfalia, VCDS and the other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

This site is not affiliated with or sponsored by Volkswagen AG or by any other owner of the trademarks mentioned.

4. Technical information and liability

The technical information on this site is written by enthusiasts and shared for general information only. Any work you carry out is at your own risk and responsibility. For the gas system, brakes, steering, electrical system and heating, go to a garage or a qualified technician; when in doubt, stop and ask.

The content may contain errors or be out of date: if you find one, please let us know. T4um accepts no liability for injury or damage arising from the use of this information.

5. External links and community apps

The site links to separate services: the forum, the Facebook group, the Telegram channel and the apps in the T4pp section, built by community members. Each has its own rules and privacy policy; T4um does not control the content of external sites and is not responsible for how they work.

6. Photos and texts you send us

If you send us photos or texts to publish, you confirm that you are their author or have the right to share them and, if they show recognisable people, that you have their consent. You allow us to publish them free of charge on t4um.it with the credit you give us; you can ask us to remove them at any time.

7. Reporting a problem

If you think some content infringes your rights, for example a photo you appear in or a text you wrote, write to info@t4um.com: we will look into it and, if needed, remove it as soon as possible.

8. Governing law

This notice is governed by Italian law.
